Project description:
Located in the New Territories region of Hong Kong, Black Point is one of the world’s largest gas-fired combined-cycle power stations with ultra low-sulphur diesel as backup fuel source.
CLP became the first electricity supplier in Hong Kong to employ natural gas for power generation when Black Point started operating in 1996. The use of natural gas enabled us to reduce total emissions at a time when electricity demand on our system rose by 80%.
Scope of work:
1. To prepare BIM Execution Plan (PXP)
2. BIM Modelling Services
2.1 To prepare initial BIM Model according to information and 2D CAD drawings provides, perform clash analysis and issue TQ (if any)
2.2 To prepare installation procedure for the major stage of the GIS equipment
2.3 To revises BIM Model according to information and 2D CAD drawings provides, perform clash analysis and issue TQ (if any)
2.4 To prepare walk-through model
2.5 To prepare walk-through Animation (Optional)
3. Animation for site work sequence
4. To prepare as-built BIM Model according to final set information can CAD drawings provided
