Vice President
Job Responsibilities:

Formulate overall strategies in order to identify and develop new business opportunities, generate qualified sales lead / long-term objectives, and grow each market;

Work closely with management to manage different divisions, and streamline workflow. Meet regularly with the divisions to identify job objectives and coordinate with team members in order to complete tasks in a timely manner;

Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes. Provide thorough consultation service on the project. Identify project objective and ensure standard requirements are met;

Conduct research and keep track of global emerge trends, new products and services within the industry. Explore latest technology relating to the industry;

Expand company’s global markets and footprints;

Develop and maintain existing strategic partnerships;
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a major in Building, Economics or related discipline
10 years or above management experience, have previous work experience in China / work with a Chinese company would be an advantage
Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua
Ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines

Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes

Attend and assist in project coordinate meetings

Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes
Requirements:
